Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what you need to know:
How to Cancel
- Go to your account Settings
- Navigate to the Billing section
- Click "Manage Billing" to access the billing portal
- In the billing portal, find the "Subscription" section
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
What Happens When You Cancel
When you cancel your subscription:
- Immediate Effect: Your subscription status will change to "Canceled"
- Access Duration: You'll retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period
- No Further Charges: You won't be charged for the next billing cycle
- Data Retention: Your data and account will remain accessible until the subscription period ends
Cancellation Options
When canceling, you may have two options:
- Cancel Immediately: Your subscription ends immediately (if available)
- Cancel at Period End: Your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period (recommended)
Reactivation
If you change your mind:
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time before the period ends
- Simply go to your billing settings and click "Reactivate Subscription"
- Your subscription will continue without interruption
After Cancellation
Once your subscription period ends:
- Your account will be downgraded to the free tier (if available)
- You may lose access to premium features
- Your data will be retained according to our data retention policy
- You can resubscribe at any time
Refunds
Subscription cancellations are effective at the end of the billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, but you'll continue to have access until the period ends.
