Updating Your Payment Method

Keeping your payment method up to date ensures uninterrupted service. Here's how to update it:

Steps to Update Payment Method

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to Settings → Billing
  3. Click on "Manage Billing" to open the billing portal
  4. In the billing portal, go to "Payment Methods"
  5. Click "Add Payment Method" or "Update" next to your existing method
  6. Enter your new card details
  7. Set it as your default payment method if desired
  8. Save your changes

When to Update Your Payment Method

You should update your payment method when:

  • Your credit card is expiring soon
  • You receive a new card (replacement, upgrade, etc.)
  • You want to use a different card
  • You're experiencing payment failures
