Overview

AppGram's AI Content Generation feature helps you create professional release notes automatically. You can generate release notes in two ways:

  1. Quick Generate: Automatically based on your project's recent activity
  2. Custom Generation: Based on your own description of the release

Quick Generate

The fastest way to create release notes:

How to Use

  1. Go to the Releases page
  2. Click the Generate with AI button in the header
  3. Wait for the AI to analyze your project and generate content
  4. Review and edit the generated release notes as needed

What It Does

The AI analyzes your project's recent activity and automatically creates release notes that include:

  • A professional title
  • Organized content grouped by change type
  • Version number suggestions
  • An auto-generated excerpt

After Generation

Once generated, the release editor will open with:

  • The generated content in the Preview tab
  • All fields pre-filled
  • Ready for you to review, edit, and publish

Custom Generation

Generate release notes based on your specific description:

How to Use

  1. Click New Release to open the release editor
  2. In the AI Content Generator section, click Generate with AI
  3. Describe what this release is about in the text area
  4. Optionally add a version number
  5. Click Generate Release Content
  6. Review and edit the generated content

Writing Effective Prompts

To get the best results, be specific and detailed in your description:

Good Examples
